I’m back from Valhalla Renaissance Faire, at South Lake Tahoe. Yesterday was lovely, not too hot, and not snowing, lol. Here are some photos from our day…
I wore the recycled blue kirtle made from Tudor Tailor, and am happy to report that is didn’t hurt or bother, which means hopefully it can stay in its current form for awhile! This blue fabric has been a flemish gown, an English gown, a Regency Spencer, and now it’s been refashioned in its latest English kirtle incarnation.
The End!

June 5, 2012 at 5:12 AMAwwww! I wish my mama would costume with me. I've gotten her out to the Ren Fest in MN once in costume, and I think that may be it. I hope you had a blast, and you looked amazing 🙂

June 12, 2012 at 8:26 AMIt was great! The weather was lovely, for once. My mom is such a sport – she insisted on going even though her horse had stomped her toe a few days before, and she could barely walk!

June 12, 2012 at 8:24 AMWe did! We passed by on several occasions, but I couldn't just waltz in dressed the way I was, you would have had me hauled out! Instead your musicians and I heckled Rydell, tee hee <3
