As you may have gleaned from the name, this collection is all about boots. We’re debuting two brand new styles: beautiful Anne Edwardian Boots and Sierra Vintage Boots! Additionally, our best-selling, super popular Paris Boots are now available in FOUR new colorways! Now, let’s see what these lovely boots are all about…
Anne
Introducing Anne, an absolutely beautiful leather and cotton Victwardian boot. Anne is a quintessential historical style that is versatile, comfortable, and attractive. Anne’s uppers are cotton twill and smooth leather, with the leather foxing applied in beautiful lines, a smart double-stitched toe-cap, and a gracefully curved top. Flat shoe lovers will rejoice in our custom 0.5″/ 1.27 cm leather spring heel- so comfortable! Pair Anne with Late Victorian and Edwardian costumes, or use Anne to add a touch of historical flair to your contemporary wardrobe. In case you’re wondering, yes, they do go tremendously well with puffed sleeves (our Avonlea/Green Gables friends will understand, wink wink).
Anne comes in black, oxblood, tan and brown, brown, and olive and brown.
Sierra
Sierra Vintage Boots are our next brand-new style. If you have been hoping to emulate the outdoorsy gals of the 1930s, Sierra is the boot for you! Closely based on extant original snow boots, ski boots, and hiking boots from the 1930s and 1940s, Sierra is as cozy as can be with leather uppers and a warm textile lining. Rubber soles add practicality to these fashionable lace-up boots, so you can keep your vintage style going all year-round.
Sierra is available in black and brown. For wet and snowy climates, we recommend treating your Sierra Boots with Angelus Water & Stain Repellant.
Paris in New Colors
Last, but certainly not least, our Beloved Boots collection features the ever-adored Paris Boots in new colors, and SUEDE! We are really excited about this one. Paris is now available in steel grey, cordovan, burgundy, and black suede. Plus, each of these colorways is available in both B and D width!
Paris Boots are super popular with our customers, and for good reasons. These boots are as stylish as they are comfortable, and they are so versatile in any historical or contemporary wardrobe. Paris is a direct reproduction of an original pair of Edwardian boots in our collection. They feature an almond-shaped toe with a sturdy sole and adjustable lace-up closure, paired with our attractive 1.6 inch / 4 cm Cuban heel. Paris Boots are your all-day walking footwear for any occasion. Pair them with historic clothing of the 1890s, Edwardian and Great War periods, 1920s, and even 1930s and 1940s.
Paris in black suede is SO suave and sophisticated- we recommend grabbing some Angelus Water & Stain Repellant, along with the Angelus Suede and Nubuck Kit, to keep them looking spiffy.
Our Beloved Boots collection is on sale for $20/€20 off each pair from December 8-22 in our US and UK/EU stores.
