Let every person in America be able to see a doctor when they are ill. Not just those who can pay or have health insurance. Being Lipan Apache, I remember as a child that my mother used to take us to see a Nazi doctor (in San Antonio, TX) He had picture of himself with Hitler and a Nazi flag hanging in his office. I assume to apologize for his actions during World War II he would not refuse anyone medical service. His reception room was full of poor people all the time who could not pay. He was the only doctor we could afford to see! Wow! I'm passing this on.
